About this Position:

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role is focused on the repair, maintenance, and reactive fault-finding of automation machinery. You will play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring the reliability of cutting-edge equipment.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Perform routine electrical and mechanical maintenance on automation machinery.
• Diagnose and resolve faults to minimize operational disruptions.
• React promptly to machinery breakdowns and provide effective solutions.
• Implement and adhere to planned preventive maintenance (PPM) schedules.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machinery performance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Provide technical assistance and training to production teams as needed.

Experience Required:
 

• Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, particularly with automation machinery.
• Strong skills in fault-finding and diagnostics for electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with PLCs, drives, and control systems (preferred).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics is an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations in industrial environments.
