A dynamic company specializing in 3D Printing is seeking an experienced Office Manager/ Operations Administrator to oversee daily office operations and provide administrative support. This role requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, bookings, and correspondence.
- Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Coordinate supply chain activities to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies.
- Assist with HR activities, report preparation, and inventory management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic understanding of financial processes (e.g., invoicing, budgeting).
- Experience in supply chain management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, QuickBooks, and strong communication skills.
