A leading company in the 3D printing industry, focused on delivering cutting-edge hardware and software solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support their customer base across the EMEA region and India.
 

Responsibilities:

• Install, relocate, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on 3D printers at customer sites.
• Provide technical support and advice, understanding customer requirements and product configurations.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as directed and assist customers with system issues.
• Ensure optimal operational performance of equipment, adhering to site visit protocols.
• Communicate effectively with customers, explaining service details and upgrades.

Requirements:

• Higher technical degree and at least five years of relevant experience in field service.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, installation, and repair of electronic and electro-mechanical systems.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, electro-mechanical repairs, and diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes and multi-meters.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel more than 80% within the EMEA region and India, with a valid driver’s license and clean record.
