A leading global provider of advanced 3D printing solutions, specializing in binder jet technology, is seeking a talented Direct Sales Manager for the DACH region. This company focuses on innovative manufacturing solutions for industries such as research, education, and product development, delivering transformative results in time, cost, and waste reduction.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on universities, research labs, and related institutions.
- Represent the company at industry events and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead the sales process from prospecting to closure, showcasing the value of the company’s solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records (preferably Salesforce).
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of direct sales experience, preferably in the tech sector, with expertise in 3D printing or powder metallurgy.
- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience.
- Strong hunter mentality with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willing to travel up to 50% and comfortable working remotely from a home office.
