Our client, a fantastic FMCG start up who due to recent growth are looking to hire amazing sales candidates are looking to bring on a hard working and driven salesperson who wants to grow alongside a new business!
About the Role
From the start you’ll be encouraged to lead and take responsibility for account management, support sales and business development. This includes speaking your mind and offering solutions and creative business development ideas.
We are open to flexible ways of working, including part-time.
Responsibilities
- Account management – Grow the new and existing accounts
- Achieve and report sales KPIs across sectors including – approaches, revenue, order frequency, burn rate, gross and net margins
- Being a brand ambassador for our clients brand – Build the brand and increase sales by engaging directly with consumers and business owners through training, events, brand activations and samplings
- Differentiate our brand through innovative support that adds value to our customers

- Experience in account management or sales roles with a strong track record of success
- A people person – Excellent relationship/rapport building and interpersonal skills with customers, consumers, internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively face to face, by phone and via emails
- Strong organisational skills – ability to plan and prioritise work and effectively journey plan across an area
- A leader – someone who inspires those around them
- Flexibility for some evening/weekend work
- Tech savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) and ideally sales or customer relationship management software
