Requirements
- Industry Experience: 5+ years of direct experience working for a private jet brokerage (not an operator).
- Sales Leadership: Proven track record in managing and leading a sales team.
- CRM Expertise: Proficient in using CRM systems to manage team activities and sales processes.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Performance Under Pressure: Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Self-Motivation: Willingness to work outside regular hours, including weekends.
