A renowned company in the dental industry, known for its innovative implantology and prosthetics solutions as well as pioneering CAD/CAM technology and dental 3D printing, is seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) in Additive Manufacturing for its Research and Development department at its Bremen location. This is a full-time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a team in additive manufacturing within the R&D department.
• Develop and optimize parameters for LPBF (Laser Powder Bed Fusion) and DLP (Digital Light Processing) additive processes.
• Conduct product and process analyses to enhance quality and implement innovations.
• Contribute to production automation and cost reduction efforts.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, Automation, or Medical Technology.
• Initial leadership experience.
• Expertise in 3D printing/additive manufacturing, specifically in LPBF and DLP technologies, and parameter development.
• Proficiency in German and English, with strong project management skills.
