About this position:

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experience Design Engineer to join a world leading automotive company who are always striving to ensure their products are one of the best in the world. You will be responsible for the delivery of the Design and Development of a number components, ensuring that these parts are delivered to the time, cost, quality and specification required.
 
Responsibilities:

• Working within a small but dynamic team, responsible for the delivery of the Design and Development of a number of components on a motorcycle, consulting with and seeking support from Race Teams, Specialists and Chief Engineers as required
• The role is a highly technical role, focussed on detail and delivery of engineering support of issue resolution (and detailed reporting) for race series bikes, support for preseason race tests and concept designs transferred from racing to be considered for model year updates
• Must have proven capability to work across multiple areas of a vehicle
• Responsible for delivering these components to the time, cost, quality, and specification

Experience Required:

• MEng or BEng in an Engineering related subject
• Proven experience within a relevant engineering design and delivery work environment such as Mechanical, Automotive, Aerospace, etc
• Experience of using 3D CAD in industry for creating models and drawings
