Scope of Role:
The Mechanical Fitter will support the business to achieve Production Schedule targets in a hands-on role to complete assembly of Titan and Conslitter systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fit mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic components as per Bills of Material, Drawings and Specifications of Company Products.
• Understanding and interpretation of mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic engineering drawings
• To operate safely, the use of various hand tools and power tools as required and directed
• Control through best practices, the quality of machines on build
• Immediate communication of issues, delays and shortages to Production Supervisors.
• Contribute to ways that the department’s quality and efficiency can be improved and take part in improvement projects.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment
• To be flexible to change key responsibilities as and when required to suit business requirements.
• Attendance at meetings where appropriate.
• Ensure that all assembly documentation is filled out as required, to include timesheets, build inspection documentation etc.

• Work experience or Apprenticeship within relatable industry.
