About this position: 

We’re looking for a Control Systems Engineer to join a business based in Kings Lynn.

You will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects involving challenging electrical and electronic areas that are beyond the capability of most general automation companies.

Working with different industries including food and beverage, airport security, printing, hygiene, fire systems and manufacturing. You will be directly involved in our ever evaluating and evolving manufacturing systems helping us execute our mission to produce a cost-effective product at the highest quality.

Their customers have an impressive global footprint covering Europe, the USA, South America and the Far East and this expert set-up delivers design, manufacturing, supply, installation and commissioning expertise on time, every time.

Due to continued success and year on year growth there is an opportunity for a talented Engineer to join the business and assist the drive forward.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate their enthusiasm and understanding of Automation and Control Systems Engineering and appreciating the need for diligence, accuracy, and commitment.

Job Responsibilities:

• PLC design and coding 
• Hardware design using Eplan and AutoCad
• Assist in call out support duties 
• Assist in post installation support duties 

Experience Required:

• Degree / HND qualified in an Electrical / Control Engineering discipline or equivalent
• A customer focused and determined attitude
• Flexible attitude and ability to travel
• A high standard of English
