You’re:
An Account Manager (or Senior Account Exec ready to step up) full of energy, who’s keen to learn, grow and succeed in a new field. You’re a hands-on multi-tasker who thrives on managing multiple projects simultaneously. You love working in an environment where you constantly put your varied skillset to good use – be it writing, organising, planning, communicating and even the odd bit of maths. Talking to people comes naturally to you and you’ve got a real knack for building relationships.
Our client is a truly specialist presentation design agency that helps brands and businesses engage and inspire their audiences around the world. We create stories that turn the ordinary into the extraordinary and inspire the audience into action. We combine traditional graphic design principles with analytical precision, creative strategy, and technical innovation to challenge the industry with a best-in-class presentation solution. We’re looking for an Account Manager who wants to join them on that journey.
You’ll:?
- Work with a range of exciting, household brands on business-critical projects.
- Project manage jobs from conception to completion independently and as part of the wider client services team.
- Work collaboratively with our expert creative team to deliver outstanding solutions.
- Check the quality of our work against our internal standards, client briefs and brand guidelines.
- Positively contribute ideas in brainstorms and briefing sessions.
- Focus on delivering the best possible service to our clients.
- Confidently liaise with clients, keeping them up to date on progress, cost changes, timings, etc.
- Attend and run client meetings and calls.
- Write up accurate meeting notes to keep everyone on track.
- Build rapport with clients, becoming a trusted partner.
- Take an active interest in learning about our clients’ industries.
- Offer advice in response to clients’ needs and requirements.
- Always strive to add value to clients’ communication materials.
- Seek advice from and support other members of the team.
- Prepare cost estimates as well as research and proposal documents.
- Raise and issue client invoices.
- Update and maintain all internal documents such as our job and finance trackers.
- Follow internal processes and seek ways to improve our service.
- Improve your own PowerPoint skills.
- Be able to explain the services that Sixteen by Nine offers and our key points of difference.
- Explore ways to add value on all projects
We’ll:?
- Give you a starting salary of £30-£35’000

You’ve:?
- More than three years’ experience in a design or marketing agency, or marketing environment.
- Achieved a degree, possibly in a related field.
- A pro-active, can-do attitude.
- Got a passion for the English language displayed through excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A talent for spotting spelling mistakes and misplaced apostrophes.
- Got organisation running through your veins and a real love for lists.
- A proficiency in using Microsoft applications.
- A good understanding of design terminology.
- The ability to work to deadlines, individually and collaboratively.
- An interest in learning new skills, and a keen interest to learn more about presentations
