They are now seeking a project manager to lead the Dev Ops operation and a team of highly skilled Dev Ops Engineers.

Job Responsibilities:
 

• Set clear goals and objectives for the team, aligning them with the organization’s strategic initiatives
• Proactively plan and manage the capacity of systems to handle current and future workloads
• Lead and mentor a team of highly-skilled DevOps engineers, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Regularly communicate project status, updates, and key metrics to stakeholders
• Produce transparency & reporting about the project statu
• Manage & coordinate stakeholder requirements and project progress
• Create & manage product and software release cycles
• Use various project management methods
• Support resolving resource conflicts
• Monitoring dates & deliverables
• Risk management

Experience Required:

• 2 years of Project Management experience
• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• AgilePM certification
• Knowledge of Issue tracking systems ie: AZURE DEV OPS, JIRA
• Strong communication with stakeholders
