About this Position:

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced #1 Race Mechanic to join our multiple Championship-winning Lamborghini GT3 race team. This role includes full-season workshop preparation work as well as participation in a minimum of the following race event programs: GT World Challenge Europe Endurance, British GT Championship, and selected other high-level endurance races.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and build race cars to the highest standards for each event.
• Complete all car job-lists, maintenance, and parts usage paperwork.
• Delegate tasks effectively to the car crew.
• Perform pit stop tasks, ideally including wheel gun/wheel change operations.

Experience Required:

• Experience as a race mechanic in GT, sportscar, or high-level single-seater racing.
• A race-winning mentality and willingness to fully integrate with a professional, experienced team.
• Strong race car preparation and build experience.
• Ideally, pit stop experience with a wheel gun/wheel change.
• Based in the southeast of England within a commutable distance to the clients Surrey workshop, or willing to relocate for the majority of the year.
