We are currently partnering with a fantastic property company who are looking to hire their next Compliance Executive who will help support the team and build out a fantastic career.

Our client is a fast-growing property company who have just moved into a new office based just outside Reading, the industry is booming at the moment and due to continued growth, they are looking for their next new hire.
No need for experience in property, just confident administrative skills and a will to learn. 

To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised with excellent time management and multitasking skills. You will have a proven track record in providing compliance and sales administration, and be confident in your ability to show initiative in handling a fast-paced and demanding workload. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be dealing with clients and colleagues at all levels.

The role requires a high level of discretion and trustworthiness as well as adaptability and a willingness to embrace and lead change. A keen attention to detail is vital, ensuring accuracy in document preparation and scheduling tasks.

Knowledge and Experience:

•    Significant experience in a similar role
•    Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office with good touch-typing speed
•    Relevant training or qualifications

Typical Duties:

•    Administrative support and calendar management
•    Compliance management – Contracts and documentation
•    Meeting coordination and scheduling, including preparing agendas and minutes
•    Typing correspondence and documents
•    Booking, planning and coordinating UK and overseas travel
•    Office administration 
•    Any other ad hoc duties that may arise
