Key Responsibilities
• End to end management of all creative projects.
• Create and design all creative assets, including: social media, digital, email, exhibition design, print collateral and business presentation documents.
• Editing of still images and photos.
• Editing footage and adding graphics/copy post-production.
• Create animations and short videos.
• Continually optimise UX of the website and app, working with third-party developers.
• Be the brand guardian to ensure TrustMark is being represented effectively across all channels.
• Work with the Marketing Manager on brand development and content marketing.
• Be responsible for the creative direction and solutions to briefed projects.
• Design/produce print marketing material and liaise with external agencies.
• Ability to work in both a small team environment and use initiative to work independently.
• Working with key stakeholders across all areas of the business on multiple projects. Key Skills and Experience
•
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work and meeting tight deadlines.
•
Experience leading creative projects and presenting ideas.
•
End to end project management.
•
Proven experience in social media management and graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating skills and creativity.
•
Proven experience creating Ad Design and Social Media content.
•
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects etc).
•
Previous experience in managing social media platforms
•
UX skills including Figma and Figjam.
•
Video editing experience
•
Media editing using Photoshop, Lightroom (or equivalent)
•
Recent completion of a Marketing related degree, diploma, or program.
