Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with firearm OEMs and key industry stakeholders.
  • Execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets for metal additive printers.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage a sales pipeline, negotiate pricing, and ensure profitability.

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2B capital equipment sales experience with high-value products.
  • Proven success in C-Level sales and value-based selling.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in additive manufacturing (preferred).
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) and excellent communication skills.
