Key Responsibilities:
- Work Pack Auditing/Quality Checking:
- Conduct daily audits and quality checks of work packs.
- Updating Aircraft Records Post Maintenance:
- Update aircraft records following maintenance activities on a daily basis.
- Tech Log Page Management and Upload:
- Manage and upload Tech Log pages daily.
- PWC ESP:
- Perform monthly Pratt & Whitney Canada Eagle Service Plan (ESP) tasks.
- AD/SBs Listing Management:
- Manage Airworthiness Directives (AD) and Service Bulletins (SB) listings as required.
- Radio Licences:
- Handle radio licenses as needed.
- Power Assurance Data Logging:
- Log power assurance data as required.
- New Aircraft Loading – Config Build/AD Listing Production:
- Manage configuration build and produce AD listings for new aircraft as needed.
- Producing EASA Statement of Compliance – Part-CAT.IDE-H:
- Produce EASA statements of compliance as required.
- Monitoring Content of Tech Log Folders:
- Monitor the content of Tech Log folders as required.
- All Technical Records Training:
- Provide training on all technical records as needed.
- CAA Aircraft Registration Forms:
- Handle CAA aircraft registration forms as required.
- Maintenance Planning & General Planning Oversight:
- Perform daily maintenance planning and general oversight of planning activities.
- ARC Finding Corrections:
- Correct Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) findings as required.
