About this position: 

We are looking for a Quality Manager to work within an Engineering company based in Silverstone. You will have to opportunity to work on some unique and exciting projects, the role will be on a permanent basis and will offer lots of room for both personal and professional development.
As a key member of the management team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the quality of delivered projects and parts within sectors including Motorsport, Automotive, Space, Aerospace & Additive Manufacturing.

Job Responsibilities:

• To manage workflow of Engineering Projects from a quality perspective
• Supporting the inspection department
• Management of Quality Engineers & Inspectors
• Assume ownership of the approved quality system
• Undertake Subcontractor quality assessments 

Experience Required:

Ideally you will have quality experience within the Motorsport, Automotive sector, Space, Aerospace or Additive Manufacturing sectors and experience leading a team of quality engineers.
