About this position:
 
This company has over 30 years experience of heat transfer experience, they have developed an international network of associates. They specialise in Engine cooling systems, cooling modules, fuel coolers, remote cooling kits, charge air coolers, plate & bat heat exchanges, and more. As the company is expanding, they are looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.
 
Job Responsibilities:
 

• Draw and create blueprints and other schematics needed
• Create test prototypes
• Make recommendations to improve production efficiency
• Develop and implement design strategies
• Collaborate with other engineers, managers, and creative team
• Estimate and establish cost parameters and budgets for design Research and track prototype performance and reactions
• Prepare documentations, such as testing protocols and manuals
• Organise plans and create schedules
• Review and oversee manufacturing of designs

 
Experience Required:
 

• Bachelors degree in design engineering, mechanical engineering, product design, industrial design, or related field
• 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to multitask
