About this position: 

This company is a systems integrator for variable speed drive control and automation systems covering a wide range of industries including, automotive, oil and gas, metals, paper, plastics, extrusion, printing and converting.

They are currently looking for a Graduate Engineer to join their team. You will be involved in VSD, HMI, PLC, and SCADA projects as well as breakdown support. You would also be providing engineering services to support process machinery control systems. 

Job Responsibilities:

• PLC and HMI upgrades, FAT’s, site installations with the assistance of contractors and retro fits and modifications
• Carrying out factory and site acceptance tests
• Panel hardware design experience using Automated CAD software – Eplan, AutoCAD, or RS Wire software 

Experience Required:

• Degree in a Relevant Subject – Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineer or Mechatronics for example
• Previous experience of PLC programming would be an advantage
